Barn Policy on inclement weather and dangerous conditions: In the event of extreme weather conditions or icy/snow-covered, dangerous footing in the chute, the barn management will endeavor to take the most fragile member of the herd up the hill first.  If that herd member survives the trip up to his/her paddock, it will be deemed safe to take the other less fragile, tougher equines to their respective fields.
